It can work with a case when the included metal plate is attached as directed. Thick or heavily textured cases may reduce contact, so check the fit before driving.
Where should I place the mount?
Choose a clean, dry, reasonably flat dashboard surface that keeps the screen visible without blocking your view of the road or vehicle controls.
How long should the adhesive set?
Clean and dry the surface, press the adhesive-backed base firmly, and allow it to set for 24 hours before regular use.
Can I reposition the adhesive base?
Select the placement carefully before pressing. The adhesive-backed base is intended to be set in its chosen position and may not retain the same hold after repeated removal.
